Ace Bakery Organic Whole Wheat

This preservative-free bread is made with whole wheat, stone-ground flour, and over 95% of the ingredients are organic (except yeast and salt). In addition to creating organic bread, the bakery has a community donations program and donates a percentage of its pre-tax profits to initiatives such as local food and nutrition programs that assist low-income members of the community, culinary scholarships, and organic farming initiatives.
